FAQ about Private Classes

1. Can I freely choose my schedule?
   
   Yes, you can choose mornings, afternoons or weekends.
2. When I can start classes?
   
   You can usually start classes two days after you call to request the service.
3. What happens if there is not a good student-teacher connexion?
   
   Since this is very important for the success of this program you must tell us immediately so we can assign another teacher.
4. What if I want to go out of town?
   
   You should tell us ahead of time so we can arrange to make up for the missed classes in another day and time convenient for you.
5. How much are the books and study materials?
   
   All the materials are included in the monthly price.
6. How do I pay for the classes?
   
   You can pay in cash, check or wire transfer. All monthly payments must be done at the beginning of your program. There is no registration fee.
7. Can I get a discount if another person takes the class with me?
   
   Yes, please ask about group prices & discounts.
